Error in accessing 'Map'

Hi. I am encountering an error ‘No “geopoint” responses have been received’ in the Map tab of KoboToolbox, even though the GPS points have been collected and can be seen in the downloaded excel file. Does anyone know what the problem is? and how do I access the map in the server?
