Error message seen while configuring KoBoCollect

Hi All ,

We are facing an error to connect to kc.kobotoolbox.org in android app

whereas it can be opened on web

Please help

its android , Version is 7.1.2 N2G47H

earlier we had done entry on this form few days back

Are you using your own server instead of KoBo hosted server viz. OCHA or HHI?

We are using OCHA , But now this problem is solved there seems to be device issue , after re set it started working
