You have a dependency cycle in one of your calculation (or relevant) cells. That is you are referencing a first variable for a second variable which itself has a dependency with the first variable (directly or indirectly).
If not yet done, try to find a hint for the place by testing your XLSForm (export) here: https://getodk.org/xlsform/
Otherwise you can find the place by looking at the calculation and relevant cells. You may delete them in a copy (whole column or stepwise) to locate the cell.
