Welcome to the community, @marce-15120! The error message says that you have a duplicate in your choices tab under the column name ty25a53. To identify it you will need to do the following:
- Download your xlsform
- Go to the choices tab
- Search for
ty25a53and then under the same, you will need to see if some values have been repeated
The best option to check for syntax issues is by validating your xlsform through the online validator. The online validator should be able to identify syntax issue for you which you will then need to fix it.
