I have developed two surveys and shared links and the clients told me that he would get error messages as attached. Please advise on how to solve this issue.

You could send a private message to a user in the community forum as follows:
Option 1: Sending a private message
Step 1: Select the Reply button as boxed in red below.

Seems like it’s a browser issue at your end. I could load this with Chrome
. Maybe this post discussed previously should help you solve your browser’s issue:
Welcome to the community, @fernandapalhano ! The error message you have been seeing could be a browser issue. Try using modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. These modern browsers should help you avoid getting the same. But having said that, please also note that these browsers should be updated to it’s latest version.

@tkizu , yes you could have this issue when your browser are not updated to it’s latest version.
