I have developed two surveys and shared links and the clients told me that he would get error messages as attached. Please advise on how to solve this issue.

Seems like it’s a browser issue at your end. I could load this with
Chrome. Maybe this post discussed previously should help you solve your browser’s issue:

@tkizu, yes you could have this issue when your browser are not updated to it’s latest version.
