Hi. I encountered this type of error in other posts, but I couldn’t find a clear answer to my specific case.

A small Kobo form record that a colleague was filling got stuck somehow and didn’t send/upload. When she went into the left toolbar, she saw this message: ‘Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you edit this record until this is resolved. Please contact support@kobotoolbox.org with the link to this page and the error message below: Error trying to parse XML record. Invalid XML source’

She also saw three unloaded records on the left bar, but they were all blank and couldn’t be uploaded either.
