Looks like there are some errors in how you have done your calculation. Baasically, there is no problem with the data that has already been sent to the server. you can download them to keep a copy of raw data.
Adjust your form and re-upload it to the server and continue you data collection
Thanks @pruzige, i have already adjusted the form, and many entrants are using the child form without any problem. It’s only one entrant who is facing this issue with the child form immediately they enter the search id and the error notification comes. Is there any other way of fixing this?

I’ve updated the child form, the error continues to appear only when using kobo app, while the solution has now worked for the web form.
Download the latest update of the form on kobo app; web received changes in real time while app receive updates only when an updates form has been downloaded.
I do not use manual download, i use forms exactly matching the server. I have tried both options but the new download not updating, will let you know once this is successful with the app

I meant to you to refresh you kobo collect to download the new version of the form. It it worked well in web we are expectin it to work well in Kobo app provided it was just a matter of spelling error
