Welcome to the community, @subrata_1! Could you kindly elaborate on your issue a bit more so that we can understand? Did you mean you wish to edit the same on the server in the downloaded XLS file?
There are many incorrect data inputs in forms—for example, the actual value should be “Paddy,” but various other words appear instead. While correcting these, I face difficulty in processing multiple submissions at once and cannot view them properly in the data table.
@subrata_1, seems like you wish to make a bulk edit to your submissions. Did I get that correct? If yes, try having a look at this support article Editing Responses in Multiple Submissions.
But please be sure that you test this on a dummy project before implementing it in a real project so that you will learn how the changes come to effect.
