Thank you @kal_lam, it doesn’t seem to be a problem of translation, but of handling accented characters.
In the message I have “Form name 1 è stato caricato con successo”, that is almost the correct Italian message, but it should have been “Form name 1 è stato caricato con successo”.
The problem is the accented character “è”, that is rendered as HTML code: “è” is “è” as “>” is “>”.
I think that KoBoToolbox should render not the HTML code, but strictly the “è”.
