Error “ServerSelectionTimeoutError [Errno 111] Connection refused” when attempting to view or export data in kf.kobotoolbox.org

Hello KoboToolbox team,

I am having trouble viewing and downloading data from my form.
The system displays the following error:

ServerSelectionTimeoutError: [Errno 111] Connection rejected.
mongodb:27017 Timeout: 30 s.

Server: kf.kobotoolbox.org
Date and time of the error: 12/11/2025 DD/MM/YY

Project name or ID:

  1. CLP Survey Master- Aug 2025 (aproximate number of submissions 50)

  2. CLP Survey Master-Aug 2025- revised8sept25 (aproximate number of submissions 73)

  3. CLP Survey Master-Aug 2025-revised6sept25 (aproximate number of submissions 16)

I have already tried logging out and logging back in and partially exporting, but the error persists.

I appreciate your help in checking whether there is a problem with the server or with my project.

Welcome to the community, @ivonnefuentes29! Did you mean that this issue only started on November 12th and everything was working fine before that? Kindly confirm. This information will help us investigate the issue. Please also try to elaborate if there were any specific actions or changes that might have triggered it.

Hello, the problem actually started on 11/11/2025. DD/MM/YY
I usually check the survey results for analysis, and for no reason, I started getting this message for no reason.

I could no longer proceed with the data analysis because all users are experiencing the same problem when checking the data.
