Error: The name '1' contains an invalid character '1'

When I tried to validate my survey, i get the following error message and I am unable to spot where the error is.

Error: The name ‘1’ contains an invalid character ‘1’. Names must begin with a letter, colon, or underscore. Other characters can include numbers, dashes, and periods.

In my choices tab, choice names are listed as numbers (eg: 1 - Yes; 2 - No). But I have done this wothout getting any errors in previous surveys. Please advise how to porceed.

Hi, I figured out the error. It was in the settings tab. Thank you though.

Could you also share with the community a screenshot of what went wrong? Maybe it would be helpful for anyone facing similar issues in the upcoming days.
