@alexis031298, we have rolled back to the old editing behavior as announced in the announcement. You could follow the announcement here:

As of now, 21:00 UTC on 21 March 2022, a patch has been deployed on both servers rolling back to the old editing behavior where submissions are always loaded in the latest version of the form. Would you mind checking it again to see if this roll back has resolved your issue?
