Error updating sharing permissions

Hi there,

I have several projects and am trying to give access to our data collectors to Add Submissions. I’m following the instructions here but am repeatedly getting an error: “failed to update permissions” with some users on some projects. I also get an error when I try to remove permissions “failed to remove permissions”, and when I try to import permissions (copy team) from another project.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi @keshet thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have opened an official issue report on GitHub and have labeled it Critical. You can follow the progress on GH and see when its been resolved.
