Hello everyone,
I used Kobo about a month ago to collect some field data, and everything worked perfectly until now. The problem started a few weeks later when I tried to access the data again through the web interface.
I now get the following error message, and I don’t really understand what is causing it. This wasn’t happening before.
The issue only occurs with the forms that contain the largest amount of data. If anyone could help me understand what this error means or what might be causing it, I would really appreciate it.

The issue you’re experiencing is caused by a bug that our development team is currently working to resolve.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please add actual values in the name column for all your select choices, replacing the ones that currently show “AUTOMATIC.” Once each choice has a proper name value, the form should behave as expected.
