Error when viewing and editing a form (Start tag expected, '<' not found)

Hello,

I have an issue when I try to edit any of the submissions for the project Cognitivo and Cognitivo_2. Please, let me know how this can be fixed.

Hello all,

I have an issue when I try to edit any of the submissions for the project Cognitivo and Cognitivo_2. Error is “Error occurred during the loading of this form. Start tag expected, ‘<’ not found”.

Interestingly, when I try to preview any of the over 300 data forms collected, or even preview the form, it is also not possible. This is very weird since my team used to be able to view the form even after this was last updated. The form hasn’t been updated since December 2024.

I checked that I needed to reupload the XLS form, this link ODK - XLSForm Online was great, it helped me identify my issue. Thank you so much.
