Hi @hakan_cetinkaya When I validate the form, it shows that the form is valid but when I deploy, that is the error I get

I have been told “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”

But I Have Uploaded it to my drive here

Its deployed now, as there was just a problem somewhere with Kobo because I did not change anything but now it is working!

Yes, it could have been due to the server issue that we had at that moment. However the server issue has already been restored.
