JSON at position 0

Hi,
While trying to deploy a form, a having this JSON problem like this
ss.
I checked my forms with KOBO online validator and it shows no error. This is my xls questionnaire
IIGA Income Expenditure Tracking.xlsx (500.8 KB)
and this is my csv file of pull data
iiga.csv (1.0 MB)
Can anyone please have a kind look to help me out to sort out this problem.

There is an = at cell E24, cleaning it might help.

thanks a lot for your time and response. Sorry, I did not notice that it was there. I cleaned that ‘=’ sign and tried to redeploy the form again. But, the result still remains the same. Sometimes, it shows this notification too.

Please note that, when I deploy this form, it works in ‘Preview’ mode. But, it does not work when the ‘Open’ tab is clicked or does not work in the KOBO android app.
