Dear all,
I frequently get the error (as per the attached screenshot) whenever I try opening a form. Navigation is “Enter Data in Browser” under “Add Data”. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem? I am able to view the information when I download the xls or xml file so I dont think the form is actually missing.

Hi Chuen,
This error you attached to your message is a known bug that we have fixed and are working to deploy shortly. This is only happening if you’re already logged in to a KoBoToolbox account and want to view a form belonging to another account, while one of the two accounts requires authentication. If you open it in another browser, or sign out of your account, or view it in a private browsing window, the error does not show.
