Error with dynamic data attachment using Kobocollect

Dear community,

I’m working on a project that requires a dynamic data attachment functionalities. Using the XLSForm, I did the settings and it works perfectly on enketto web. But when it comes to using the form on Kobocollect, I receive an error message and I cannot see the preloaded data. See here a screenshot

. I have tried multiple time to find out the error but connot see where is the problem. I’m attaching as well the XLSForm for better support.

Note that I already have a database with more that 20000 obs. Looking forward for your guidance.

@Gaspard, if everything is working on Enketo but things are not working only in the Collect Android App, then please check out this settings as outlined in this support article:

Checking this settings should solve your issue.
