Errors seeing my project

Dear community:

Is it normal that on occasion I get a “bad gateway” error, trying to get to my account? Are your global server affected in any way by the events going on in the US?

Welcome to the community, @vhramos! That should not be an issue but please feel free to share with me a screenshot of the issue you are frequently seeing so that I should be able to understand your issue pictorially.

This has happened when I leave the kobo account open, then the following day my browser loads what I leave open in the last session. Sometimes it opens correctly, other times not and a few times I can’t log in at least for a few attempts. May the browser I use be related to this issue (Brave)?

@vhramos, could you also let us know the KoboToolbox server you are using? Additionally, please also let us know the browser you are using.

Global server and I use a Brave, on occasion Chrome. Today no problems, opened my browser and all Ok, but it has happened a couple of times in the last days.

Thank you for confirming @vhramos! It could be a short glitch in which the system restores automatically.
