Exchange after import between the order of the multiple select columns

Hi There!

I had a bug with a column exchange when I imported data. I had this issue after I modify my choices (i.e exchange choices’ places) in my form.
The order of the multiple select columns in the results does not correspond to the order of options in the Kobo form (ie Trafficking should be before Violence in the example below).

I am using EXCEL 2013, KOBO Humanitarian response & ODK Collect v1.22.4.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a multiple-choice question
  2. After saving, change the rank of answers
  3. Export results

Expected behavior

When I export results, I except to have my column in the same order as my choices in my form.

Actual behavior

My column are not in the same order as my choices in the form.

I join an XLSform where I had the issue.

Hi @chloelaborde,

I went through your attached xlsform and could see a typo error that is causing the error at your end. I have highlighted the typo error in yellow. The problem should be solved after fixing the typo.

Hey,

This typo’s change was created after I exchanged my column and not by me as I directly create my project in Kobo.
So I get where the bug comes from and why my column are not in the same order. Nevertheless, it’s not my fault as I did not deal with the XLSForm. It’s coming directly from KOBO.
