I am trying to download an data I collected and its saying export failed. Its only failing on this form but other forms are downloading well. The only difference with this form is that it has repeat questions
Welcome to the community, @Tanaka2025! Have you tried using the XLS (legacy) option? You should be able to download your data in that format.
Thank you. I have tried that option but the format of the data is a bit confusing and there are a lot of gaps. Isn’t there a way to fix the issue and I continue downloading using xls
