@Biogelingirl2025, I don’t see any issues viewing your data in edit mode for the matrix question: [image] To the left of the screenshot shared below which you feel missing data is the label column while to the right are the data from the matrix question (that you filled). [Image 1] Hence, with this I can confirm that there are no missing data in your matrix question.
