@Biogelingirl2025, I don’t see any issues viewing your data in edit mode for the matrix question:
To the left of the screenshot shared below which you feel missing data is the label column while to the right are the data from the matrix question (that you filled).
Hence, with this I can confirm that there are no missing data in your matrix question.
