Hello. Yesterday, export stopped working for me and my colleagues with this error. How to fix it?

Hello. Is there any approximate time frame within which this problem can be resolved? We are currently using XLS export (legacy), but I see a message that this method will be closed. Then we will not be able to upload data from the kobo form and this will greatly complicate our work.
