I’m experiencing difficulties downloading a dataset with just 30 submissions from my Kobo account. The exports seem to be taking an unusually long time to process, and I’m wondering if there’s something I might be missing.
Could anyone please assist me in resolving this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

@branolspin, what is the total number of submissions you have for that project that has been processing for a long time when you try to download your data?
Have you also tried downloading your data in XLS (legacy) format to see if you are able to download your data?
I have a total of 31 submissions. I’ve tried downloading the other formats, but I’m encountering some issues.
