Failed to create export

Dear Kobo support,
Our team faced a problem of impossibility of exporting data. The thing is that it worked before but stopped working recently. The setting are the same as they were before:

It is possible to export data if you are the owner of the project or are logged in other account. But it is not possible to export data from projects if you are not logged in. However, it is possibe to see recorded data:


Our colleagues report that even records were not available for them a few weeks ago. We thought it was some technical issue that would be repaired soon. But nothing have heppend, so I am writing this support request.

@artem_hrytsyk, when checking your issue please be informed that I did not have any issues accessing and downloading your project. FYR:

But having said this, I also observed that you seem to have exceed the storage plan provided for your account. You may need to purchase a storage adds-on or upgrade your account to a paid plan.

It is possible to download data exports when you are logged in any Kobo account. But it is not when you are not logged in (see my screenshots with arrows which I have added in my first message). In our work a lot of people are not familiar with Kobo at all. The only thing they need from it is data exports. Previously they could download data without being logged in, but now it is not possible. I am attaching a new screenshot which I have made just a few seconds ago to prove that it does not work.

I am aware of the fact that we have exceed the storage plan. We have one really big project which I need to delete. It will free a lot of space. But to do that I need all our colleagues being able to download data exports before deleting (they do not use Kobo and it is not allowed for all of them to have the credentials).

@artem_hrytsyk, I see your point now. It looks like you’re trying to access your project via a public link. Let me check if this feature is working as expected. Will get back to you soon.
