Hello!
Since last week I´m unable to download media attachments in ZIP. I have like 4 diferent projects, and it doesnt matter the total size file, when I try to make a new export the messages pending and refresh come and go and after a while the export says “failed”.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
Welcome to the community, @lucasra! Have you tried using downloadthemall as outlined in the support article Downloading Photos and Other Media? It should solve your issue.
@lucasra, please be informed that this issue has been fixed, and you should now be able to download your Media Attachments (ZIP) smoothly without any issue.
