Dear Kobo team, we are experiencing issues while accessing many of our forms:
Could you please help us resolve this issue. The tool we are using is Enketo.
Form1 :MaYEA_Access to Finance Tracking tool
The issue with Form 1 is loading issue it is taking long time to open the form.
Form 2 :MaYEA_Loan Requested Participants (For Whitelisting)
The issue with form number 2 is it generates error message:” Failed to execute ‘transaction’ on IDBDatabase ‘: the database connection is closing.

Can you check if they are using iPhone 7’s?

Yes, it happens to everyone. Regarding the device, no, they are not using iPhones. They are using windows - enketo and the rest are using android
@iirr_eth_admin, would you mind changing your browser to a modern (and updated to it’s latest version) one like the Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc. to see how it behaves? You could also try this out in a different device/browser to see how it behaves.
Yes, we did, the browsers they are using is chrome, Firefox and edge, and they are using the latest versions. Thanks you for your follow up.
