one of my data collectors is facing this issue, it only happens to them whilst the survey works perfectly on other collectors. have followed through the community posts with same topic and none worked, kindly help.
Welcome back to the community, @royalyunus! Would you mind trying the same survey link on a different PC and OS? Try using modern browsers (updated to their latest version) like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc. to see how it behaves.
