“Failed to list assets” error message

Getting this error message. The left nav bar keeps showing the “loading” message as seen in the above screenshot.

Problem is not resolved, still getting this error message. It also appears when any form project page is opened.

Have checked on another browser after clearing cache, and on a different computer.
