Failed to retrieve SPSS labels

Hi Kobo community,
I have a problem with downloading SPSS labels from Kobotoolbox interface. When I want to download SPSS labels, the following message will appear:
“Failed to retrieve the export task.”
I attached a screenshot for the problem.

Please, any idea to solve this problem?

Can you try this again and ensure you select 28 deployed versions?
