Failure to delete submissions. I clicked the massage box which pops up when trying to delete data now I can’t delete any submission made to my server. How can I fix this?
@Ramseyray, could you kindly share with the community your issue so that the community should also be able to understand it pictorially? Please also let the community know the server you are using.
I clicked on the message box that pops up when deleting data, now I can’t delete any submission made to my server. Am using Global Kobotoolbox server
@Ramseyray, please ensure that you are the admin of this project. Else you may not have the rights to delete the submissions from the server.
I own the count and used to delete data before attempting to check the pop up message box
