Kindly assist. Im using kobo collect humanitarian free account and I submitted data from mobile and it was successfully sent but the data is not appearing on the web version as im trying to download the data
Welcome to the community, @omegausayi_1195! You may need to check the account where the data was submitted form your Collect Android App by checking the following (Settings>Server) if you are using the Collect Android App.
