False name Duplicate Error

I have double checked and I cannot see the duplicates. Could you help me?

Welcome to the community, @ailafelix! Have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator? It should be able to identity you the issues that is present in the XLSForm.

Hi @Kal_Lam yes I used an online validator but still it did not pick the duplicate.
