Farm Polygon Error in Kobo form-builder created by scratch

Dear Team;

I am using a kobo form builder in my survey. One of the questions in the form is to map the farms (Polygon). I used the area(geoshape) type question and collected the data. However at some point, some polygon coordinates didn’t sink in well when the latitude and longitude coordinates were saved. This caused errors as shown in the attachment. I need to correct/place the coordinates in their right columns before covert to geojson.

@arau25, could you kindly explain how this happened? Did you try to manually upload your geopoint to the server?

Kal-Lam, the geopoints were collected in the field using offline while device location switched on. And then data collector gets mobile data and uploads to the server. Some geopoints sinked well, forming the geoshape(Polygon) but others seemed to appear like that.
