Filter options link with two questions

Hi Team,

I am facing complex filter problem in form. I have attached here for your reference … While asking Q3 we require to list out only the services which has been selected in q1 as well for those particular options q2… respective service need to be used in last one year…

Sorry, for Q2 filter option it is fine and no problem for me, my concern is in Q3 … how to filter services … logic is selected in Q1 and respective service Q2… 1:5 coded… those services only to be listed in Q3 while collecting data.
