Filtering with more than one value

hello all,

i am trying to build a form and am using the filtering feature is it possible to add two values on the same option of filter for instance i have KHN, SHK, DBG…etc, so whenever they choose SHK options are filtered to A,B,C,D but when DBG is chosen the options are A,B,C,D,E,F,AA,BB,CC,DD,EE,FF.
so is it possible to assign A,B,C,D to DBG and SHK.
