What could be the exact cause of this issue
@kulubasi, you may need to rename your Item Name column header to Item_Namefrom the CSV file as well as your pulldata function. Would you mind trying that to see how it behaves? Please also ensure that you type the correct CSV file name in your XLSForm and also have it uploaded securely on the server.
