just wondering that in follow-up survey, is it possible to fill HH roster data using predefined list (collected in previous round). Name, sex, relationship etc… If yes, can you share the example XLSForm?

Hi Enkhbayar,
That’s a much sought after feature that’s been requested a lot. We will soon have a method to allow you to pull previously collected data from an external file that’s been deployed along with the form to the mobile devices. We’ll send a post when that’s made available.

Wondering if there has been any motion forward on this feature? That is , submit a kobo form, then at a later date open the form again and populate it from the previous data in order to update or augment values.
Is this feature available now?

You can use a work around with this. If you had collected the data previously and you have unique IDS then you can use the pull from csv function of the forms. It needs you to do some coding though.
