There might be few reason to deactivate your account, first of please check if you are in the right server, there are two server. 1) eu.kobotoolbox.org 2)kf.kobotoolbox.org . If you are sure you are in the right server, please reach out to help@kobotoolbox.org to see what is the reason and how to reactive it
