I’m also facing this issue on a server. @farhan10237 have you been able to solve the problem?
I’ve deployed KoboToolbox for a client and have made a form with 83 questions. I’ve used the online XLS validator (with results here) to validate the form and got no errors. Whenever I try deploying I get this error: Expecting value: line 4 column 1 (char 3). And when I preview the form it does not connect. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated. 
Welcome to the community, @rburner672! Have you validated your XLSForm through this online validator to see if there are any syntax issues in your form that is affecting the deployment?
I did check with the online validator and nothing came up like an error @Kal_Lam. The results can be found here.
