Form editing is not working (dynamic data attachment)

Hi Kal_Lam,
i have two forms linked dynamically, when i generate an edit link in the child form, it open for me the record from parent form, i make the changes, but when i submit, it generates an error :
Submission Failed
Submission service on data server not found. (404)

i read some messages before that this problem was solved even is there an dynamic attachment, is that right?
