Form Link missing error

I cannot preview my form or access the link to the form but my Enketo express is working. This is a self hosted kobo toolbox.
Are there any solutions to this problem? (Urgent help needed)

Thanks @Kal_Lam , as indicated here extra_host should be uncommented for ee, kf and kc in the frontend image docker-compose.frontend.override.yml Now the issue is gone.

I have tried but it doesn’t work. Do you uncomment for enketo service only or all the services. Btw we are using an external reverse proxy to connect to port 8080 nginx container.

The solution was disabling the feature for allowing submissions to the form without a username and password.
