Hi everyone. I'm having trouble uploading the form to KoboCollect after deploying it to KoboToolbox. It displays a blank page, and even if I refresh the page, nothing happens; it says there's no form to download.

- Confirm the form is deployed with the most recent changes.
- Verify the server URL in KoboCollect matches your KoboToolbox server.
- Check the account used in KoboCollect — make sure it’s logged in with a username that owns the project or has permission to view and download it.

I’ve seen similar behavior happen when the deployment technically succeeds but the form version or permissions don’t sync correctly with KoboCollect afterward. Sometimes redeploying the form and clearing old cached forms from KoboCollect fixes it surprisingly fast.
Structured input systems can be really sensitive to sync/config mismatches. Even small deployment inconsistencies can stop the form from appearing correctly despite everything looking fine on the server side.
