Form Submission Error – No Editable Field in Red Box Section

I am currently in the process of completing the job Survey form for our work here in Syria. I have filled in all the required fields correctly; however, I am unable to submit the form due to an issue with the “Personal Document” field.

The system highlights this field with a red box, indicating it is incomplete. However, There is no visible input box or option to edit or re-enter the information in the red-marked area. Also,I have already filled the “Personal Document” field out according to the stated requirements.

As a result, I am unable to proceed with the submission. I would appreciate your guidance or technical support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This could be due to the fact that the question is a mandatory one. You may need to check it out. If you are not the admin owner, you may need to contact your admin who shared with you the survey form link.
