Hello Kobo team,
One of our survey enumerators is facing an issue with form submissions. The forms in “Ready to send” are not being uploaded, and the forms showing in the “Sent” section are not visible in the KoboToolbox database.
We have confirmed that:

The device has an active internet connection.

The correct project server URL (kc.kobotoolbox.org) is being used.

The enumerator can see 47 forms under “Ready to send” and 50 forms under “Sent”.
Despite this, the data is still not appearing on the server. Could you please advise on possible causes and how to fix this issue?

Welcome back to the community, @Sooyaan10! It seems like you have two different issues.
The forms in “Ready to send” are not being uploaded: Please check your account settings under Settings > Server to ensure the configuration is correct. You may also want to verify whether the project is still deployed and available on the server. If you’re still unable to submit even after confirming the above, please share a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving. This will help us troubleshoot the issue further.
Forms showing in the “Sent” section are not visible in the KoboToolbox database: Please check the account settings under Settings > Server to ensure the configuration is correctly set to the appropriate account holder.
