I’ve been using Kobo for data collection for nearly 2 years and as of last week I can not open any forms or upload new ones. this is the message that shows up anytime I try to open a form.
Error occured during the loading of this form. We do not recommend you use this form for data entry until this is resolved.
"Please contact support@kobotoolbox.org with the link to this page and the error message below:
Failed to execute ‘insertAdjacentHTML’ on ‘Element’: The provided markup is invalid XML, and therefore cannot be inserted into an XML document."
I reached out to support and was told to post my issue here instead.
Can anyone help?
I have less than 500 forms so I’m not out of data, I updated my computer and google chrome and neither of those helped. And this is the message that I am getting on all forms new or old. Forms that were functioning perfectly well are no displaying this same message.
As I stated above, these are forms that I have been using for months and have been validated and have no issues. I have put every form through the validator and there are no issues. There seems to be something wrong with my account as a whole.
