Hi Everyone,
I have a number of enumerators collecting data in Tanzania, I have setup a form for them which they can use to collect polygons using a GeoTrace question type which automatically records a vertex every x seconds. On my phone when I test the app, it works as expected, however the guys in the field say that the question type is showing as a GeoShape. How is this possible? I have asked them to do the following:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Re-download the blank form
- Make sure phone GPS is on
Any help would be appreciated.
